Earlier this week, we were able to hold our Lunch Treat for Elderly program where we invite a group of elderly folks 👴🏻🧓🏻👵🏼from an elderly home and treat them to a delicious meal 🍲✨.

 

Then, we take them around our place and interact with them. Afterwards, we let them showcase their talent through a fun karaoke session🎤🎼. This program is free for them and sponsored by our corporate partners.

 

We do this because we want to bring joy 😊to the elderly folks. We know living in elderly centers can sometimes feel isolating and boring. We want them to go out 🏃🏼and eat delicious food!

 

It's also wonderful training for our staff, who get to practice their cooking and service skills as they are the ones to serve the elderly.

 

To minimize the risks, we kept the group small. Proper health and safety procedures were followed throughout the event. ✅

 

On May 13, 2021, we started our ‘Make-over photo shoot’ activity for the elderly to keep a great, memorable experience by taking individual/ couple photos with make-up. This has made our elderly very happy and created an unforgettable experience.

 

We hope to do more meaningful activity like this one for the elderly.
